Shipping Policy:

All orders take 3-5 business days for processing and shipping. When your order is shipped a tracking number will be provided via email. Only confirmed addresses will be shipped to. If the address isn't confirmed your order will be cancelled and you will receive an email. We are NOT responsible for parcel delays.

 

 

Return-Exchange Policy:

All Sales are FINAL (due to Covid-19)! I strongly encourage you verify your sizes and/or sizing charts prior to your purchase (reach out to Customer Service).  There will be NO REFUNDS, and the only exception for exchanges is if there is a problem with your order. Please email us at HausofPoshShop@gmail.com. The clothing must show no signs of being WORN, and the customer WILL be responsible for shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days to process.
